IGNIX prepares APQP before start of production and follows FMEA, PPAP & SQC upon customer requirements on all components when we make samples. Quality Report will be accompanied with each and every batch of supplies.

The feasibility of each and every drawing is carefully studied before sending the Quotation by experts.

Comprehensive Quality Reports for the parts will be sent with the image of the real part after manufacturing and before despatch in order to take the opinion and comments from the customers.

Process inspection and Final inspection will be done by qualified and experienced quality engineers who work closely and exclusively with the quality plan and the drawing.

The dimensional report will have details like how each dimension is measured, by what inspection instruments used etc. The observations are recorded against lower and upper limits of dimensions which will be arrived based on the tolerances.

Material Test and any other special testing if required are conducted at NABL Accredited Laboratories and reports are accompanied with the quality document.

The Quality and Vendor Development Engineers are well experienced and exposure to total quality management. They work with the customer’s real need through drawings and closely monitor the machining process during production.
